Television Show Concept

I had a neat idea for a television show that I don't want to forget.  It's a near-future sci fi show that revolves around an organization with the technological capability to swap consciousnesses, as long as both consciousnesses have been programmed into their system.  They mostly market this to wealthy families that are concerned about kidnappings--if a client is kidnapped, agents can swap minds with them to gather intelligence and coordinate a rescue.  Each client's brain is mapped to a particular agent, which can occasionally cause complications.  For example, in one episode, a blow to the head of the client puts one of the main agents into a coma, so the agency has to scramble to try to at least partially map the brain of another agent enough to at least give the second agent the ability to see and hear what the client is seeing and hearing.  The signal wavelength that this organization uses is also susceptible to disruption--going deep underground or into a building with thick concrete walls prevents the agency from being able to establish a connection with the client.

The two main agents, as I see the show in my head, are a retired black FBI agent in his late forties and a white woman in her twenties whose younger sister was kidnapped years ago.  Their pasts, obviously, occasionally come back to haunt them.  There's also the dedicated team of geeky techs that get the whole operation running, and the hard-nose Hispanic woman in charge of the whole operation.
